Product Introduction

The road roller is a special equipment used for building and compacting roads, railways, airport fields, embankments, water conservancy engineering foundations and other projects. In road construction, road rollers are one of the essential equipment.  The 22-ton road roller is a kind of medium-sized road roller, which has relatively large compaction force and compaction width, and plays an important role in road construction.

1. Mechanical drive, four speeds; hydraulic vibration (vibration machine), front wheel hydraulic vibration or vibration (vibration oscillator) manual start-up; hydraulic steering, easy operation
2. Oscillation and vibration functions are switched manually, which is easy to operate and has no impact (vibration oscillator)
3. Articulated frame, flexible steering; front frame fork support design, can be completely close to the road shoulder for compaction; the whole machine has a beautiful appearance
4. The two wings of the rear cover can be opened at 180 degrees, which is convenient for engine maintenance
5. Electronically controlled pressure spraying water, anti-corrosion sprinkler tank and system
6. Optional smooth or treaded drive tires
7. The plateau type can be equipped with a supercharged diesel engine

Scope of application:
Compaction and repair of general pavement foundations and asphalt surfaces such as urban roads, intercity and county and township roads, sports and other industrial sites.
Vibratory vibratory rollers are more suitable for compaction and repair of asphalt surface layers such as bridge decks where vibration compaction is not suitable.
