Engine
1. Engine oil and oil filter elements must be from regular brands and channel products, and must be inspected and replaced regularly;
2. Check the air filter element frequently. If the outer filter element is dusty, blow compressed air from the inside out. Do not use too much air pressure to prevent the filter element from being blown open. The inner filter cannot be cleaned. After cleaning two or three times, the external filter needs to be replaced together with the internal filter;
3. It is best to use diesel provided by regular gas stations, and it needs to be filtered before adding (a more common method is to put socks on the refueling port);
4. Do not idle for a long time in order to save fuel and prevent carbon accumulation.
Hydraulic
1. Hydraulic oil, return filter element, and pilot filter element must be inspected and replaced regularly;
2. If there is a shortage of oil, add it in time;
3. After replacing hydraulic oil or hydraulic components, pay attention to venting the air.
Electric
1. Do not operate in deep water;
2. Do not pile debris in the battery box to avoid fire;
3. Do not use iron wire or copper wire to replace the fuse, and do not replace it with a substandard fuse;
4. When the excavator is parked for a long time, the battery cable must be removed to prevent power loss.
