5. Dozer blade does not run

Faced with this situation, replace the new oil seal and engine oil, increase the hydraulic oil, and evacuate all the air in the hydraulic system, so that the bulldozer can operate normally.
6. Unable to start diesel engine
The filter element of the engine’s fuel filter is clogged or the fuel pipeline is clogged. In this case, the fuel filter element must be cleaned or replaced with a new one, and the fuel line must be cleaned at the same time.
There is fuel in the cylinder, check the fuel level in the diesel tank. If the fuel is insufficient, add fuel, clean the fuel injector or replace it with a new one.
7. The gearbox cannot engage a certain gear.
The sealing ring of a certain row of pistons in the gearbox is damaged, and the end face of a certain row of planetary gears is damaged. In this case, replace the end gasket or sealing ring with a new one.
The transmission lever system is not adjusted properly or is loose. Faced with such a situation, the transmission lever system needs to be readjusted.
8. Prevent the track wear of the bulldozer
The tension of the chain affects the sliding, pressure and friction between the parts of the bulldozer’s traveling gear. Only with moderate chain tension can the wear of the traveling mechanism be reduced and chain derailment avoided. Therefore, the tightness of the chain is extremely important. The tension of the chain is too high, which increases the pressure and friction between the relative moving parts of the walking mechanism. The friction increases, the sound produced is sharp and harsh, and the wear is aggravated. Especially for chains and wheels after welding repair, the surface of the welded repair is not smooth, which causes the contact surface between the parts to decrease significantly, so that the wear increases, which causes the welding repair layer of the roller and the chain link to peel off. .
