2. The structural parts are the skeleton support of the truck crane. It is a very important inspection item to remove dust, clean and maintain its surface, and show a beautiful and sturdy appearance. When wiping, you can observe whether the appearance of each part is deformed, worn, and whether the weld bead is cracked. If problems are found, repairs can be reported in time to minimize the risk of accidents; the connection of structural components depends on several key hinge points, and their lubrication is crucial to the flexible operation of all structural components to prevent jamming and subsequent hinges. Check whether there is oil stains and scratches on the surface of the cylinder piston rod; the valve lock mounting surface of the cylinder is connected to the hard pipe; whether there is oil stains on the guide sleeve; if the cylinder stops working in a semi-mobile mode, you can judge the cylinder by whether it automatically recovers or extends. whether it is working properly. 8. During the running-in period, pay attention to the working load of the truck crane. 9. Observe the instrument indications frequently. If abnormal conditions are found, the operation should be stopped in time to eliminate the fault. Operation should be stopped until the cause of the fault is discovered and rectified.

10. After the running-in period of the truck crane, the entire vehicle should be compulsorily maintained, the truck crane should be properly inspected and adjusted, and the engine oil should be replaced.
