1. The excavator cannot be turned off
When the key start switch is turned to the off position, the excavator cannot be shut down. Please check whether there is electricity in the flameout solenoid valve holding coil control line when the key is off. If there is no electricity, then the flameout solenoid valve is broken and can be replaced; if there is electricity, Measure whether there is voltage output at the ACC terminal when the key is turned off (if so, replace the key switch). If there is no voltage output from the key switch, the system’s main power switch is damaged. Replace the main power switch.
2. Monitor black screen/white screen
When the instrument power supply is abnormal, a black or white screen appears:
1. Black screen: Turn on the key switch (wait for 10 seconds before the instrument completes self-test), press the up key on the display with your hand, and then press the down key on the display until the instrument displays.
2. White screen: Turn on the key switch (wait for 10 seconds before the instrument completes self-test), and hold down the increase key on the display until the instrument displays. If the above operating instrument cannot be displayed, please replace the instrument.
