Maintenance of grader hydraulic systems and working devices

Hydraulic system
(1) Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank
The oil level should be at the “FULL” mark on the oil dipstick. If the oil level is insufficient, add enough oil.
(2) Check the hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic motor, cylinder pipeline and pipe joints
When working, there should be no abnormal noise from the hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic motor, and no oil leakage from the oil cylinder. If the pipelines and pipe joints are loose, they should be tightened to eliminate oil leakage.

Working equipment
(1) Check the scraper blade
If the scraper blade is severely worn and touches the blade body, it should be replaced.
(2) Check the scraper rotating ring slider and anti-wear strip
Check every 50 working hours. If the slider and anti-wear strip are worn beyond the limit, they should be replaced.
(3) Check the rotary drive device
Eliminate oil leakage.
(4) Check the ball head and ball cover of the traction frame
Check every 50 working hours. If loose, tighten it. If loose, make adjustments. When the adjustment washer is severely worn, it should be replaced.
(5) Check the rake scarifier shoe cover
If the tooth shoe is severely worn or broken, it should be replaced.
