Tips on regular maintenance cycles for underground loaders

Regular maintenance intervals for underground loaders:

1.Underground loaders should be regularly maintained and lubricated according to regulations
2.The engine of the underground loader is started at 55°C and the air pressure reaches 0.4 MPa before starting the displacement.
3. The pilots of underground loaders should comply with the requirements and wear necessary protective facilities.
4. When the control boom and bucket reach the required position, push (pull) the control lever back to the middle position
5. There is no need to stop or step on the brake pedal when changing the forward gear of the underground loader while driving. When changing from low speed to high speed, first release the accelerator and operate the gear lever at the same time, then depress it and run idling until the water temperature reaches the accelerator. When changing from high speed to low speed, , then increase the throttle first to align the output shaft of the gearbox with the rotating shaft.
6. The inlet and outlet water temperature of the underground loader diesel engine must reach 55°C, and the engine oil temperature must reach 45°C before full load operation is allowed. The operating temperature is the generator water temperature, the engine oil temperature does not exceed 95°C, and the torque converter oil temperature does not exceed 120°C. Stop the vehicle when the oil temperature exceeds the allowable value due to heavy-duty operation.
7. Do not transport materials when the bucket is raised to a high position. When transporting materials, keep the lower hinge point of the boom 500mm above the ground to ensure stable movement.
8. Changing the direction of forward or backward must be done after the car has stopped.
9. When the mine loader operates in a large or dangerous area, the mine loader can be equipped with a rollover device.
10. When using a loader underground to perform maintenance or inspection operations in the hinged area, an ‘anti-rotation rod’ must be installed to prevent the front and rear frames from rotating relative to each other.

If you need to replace spare parts while the loader is in use, you can contact us or browse our spare parts website directly. If you want to buy a second-hand loader, you can also consult us directly, and CCMIE will serve you wholeheartedly.
