Sany SY60C crawler excavator is a classic model of Sany, which adopts the original DOMCS dynamic optimization intelligent matching control system and a new hydraulic system. Sany 60 is equipped with a national Ⅲ standard environmental protection engine, equipped with a turbocharger and a new controller, which can burn more fuel and save energy.

1. Power system
The new SY60 National IV engine provides two power options of Kubota and Isuzu. The rated power of the Kubota engine is 36kW/2000rpm, and the rated power of the Isuzu engine is 36kW/2100rpm. The precise fuel injection technology ensures excellent power and economy.
2. Hydraulic system
Equipped with well-known brand hydraulic components, the constant power algorithm is independently developed to achieve efficient matching of engine/pump/valve, and the overall energy efficiency of the whole machine operation is significantly improved. High-torque travel motor with strong power can effectively improve travel traction.
3. Bucket upgrade
Reinforced rock bucket, the bottom is made of wear-resistant steel plate, which makes the bucket stronger;
The optimized design of the secondary arc shape reduces the excavation resistance and wear of the sandstone on the bucket body during excavation, which is more labor-saving and durable;

4. Optimization of structural parts
The boom reinforcement plate is thicker and stronger, and the forged rear support is used to avoid local welding stress concentration, and the service life of the working device is greatly improved.

The thickened design of the backrest and lumbar support increases the lumbar support, and the rotation angle of the seat back is greatly increased, which is beneficial to the operator’s activities and rest.
