Short Description:

HBXG TYS165-2 crawler bulldozer has two-stage spur gear reduction, floating oil seal seal, sprocket adopts combined type, which is easy to maintain. The walking frame is a welded rectangular cross-section of channel steel plate, and the eight-character beam type. The rollers, supporting sprockets and guide wheels are all equipped with floating oil seals with good sealing performance and long service life.

1. Torque converter and gearbox
The torque converter is a single-stage three-element structure. The output power is stable and has good performance.
The gearbox is planetary gear transmission, power shift gearbox. Three gears forward, three gears back. It can realize the rapid change of gear and direction. (According to the theoretical speed of the diesel engine at 1900r/min).

2. Steering and braking
The steering clutch is a wet type, multi-plate, powder metallurgy friction plate, spring compression, hydraulic separation.
The brake is wet, floating, two-way belt, pedal mechanically operated, hydraulically assisted, and can realize steering and braking linkage

3. Shifting, steering and braking manipulation
The shifting, steering and braking control adopts single-lever control, and one handle can realize the shifting control of the bulldozer’s third gear forward and third gear backward, and left and right steering and braking control.
