Product Introduction

LiuGong CLG956EHD excavator is an upgraded version of LiuGong’s newly launched special excavator for crushing. It is an all-round upgraded product in terms of power, hydraulic pressure, structure, fuel consumption, efficiency, and driving comfort. Compared with products of the same tonnage, the 956EHD has 15% higher efficiency and 20% lower fuel consumption. Up to now, among the products of the same ton level in the industry, the machine has the largest weight, the largest displacement, and the largest digging force. The industry’s largest crushing pipeline, accumulator, and oil return filter are equipped as standard, with small pressure loss, low pulse, and strong dirt holding capacity, making the crushing operation reliable and efficient.

1. The operating weight of the CLG956EHD excavator is 55 tons, the standard configuration is a breaker with a diameter of 200mm, and the rated power of the engine is 299kW.

2. As an upgraded version of LiuGong’s newly launched excavator, the crushing special version, the crushing pipeline of the 956EHD is indeed very eye-catching. This set of standard crushing pipelines is the largest in the industry! The piping on the back of the boom is neatly arranged, and the lubricating grease nipples are also arranged in a centralized manner.

3. Broken excavators are prone to heating problems. In terms of heat dissipation, LiuGong CLG956EHD adopts an intelligent stepless variable speed temperature control system; all radiators are reversed to blow air, which greatly reduces the temperature of the excavator during operation and ensures crushing performance. In addition, the equipment is equipped with the industry’s largest crushing pipeline, accumulator, and oil return filter as standard, with small pressure loss, low pulse, and strong dirt holding capacity, making the crushing operation reliable and efficient. The vibration during the crushing operation has high requirements on the durability and reliability of the excavator. This CLG956EHD has a newly designed and optimized large-opening integral cast steel support. Among them, the joint between the forearm and the breaker is designed with cast steel, with multiple reinforcements, not only wear-resistant steel plates, but also three ribs to prolong the life of the working device.
