Preparation before homework

Job requirements

1. During operation, the operator should always pay attention to the direction of the road roller, and follow the compaction process specified by the construction personnel.
2. Pay attention to the readings of each instrument during operation. If any abnormality is found, the cause must be found out and eliminated in time. Sick operation is strictly prohibited.
3. During operation, the amplitude and frequency of the vibratory roller should be controlled within the specified range.
4. The vibratory roller should stop vibrating before changing the driving direction, decelerating or stopping.
5. When multiple roadbed rollers work together, the specified formation and interval distance should be maintained, and corresponding communication signals should be established.
6. When rolling on a newly built road, it should be rolled from the middle to both sides, and the distance from the edge of the roadbed should not be less than one meter. When going uphill, the 5 speed change should be performed after braking. When the roller is driving on a slope, it is forbidden to change gears, and it is forbidden to slide out of gear. When rolling the mountain road, it must be rolled from the inside to the outside.
