The unique cylindrical drum structure has high rigidity and strength. Short cylindrical bearings at high rotational speeds provide high load-carrying capacity. The symmetrical arrangement of the left and right vibration chambers avoids the polarization of the vibration drum. The left and right approximate symmetrical design of the vibrating wheel ensures that the three centers (the center of the vibration mass, the center of the exciting force, and the geometric center) are integrated into one point, and at the same time, the position of the stiffness center is considered to achieve static and dynamic pressure equalization. The vibrating wheel adopts a reinforced structure, widened vibrating bearings, and uses a number of patented technologies such as self-positioning spline sleeves, double-skeleton oil seals, and lubricating oil spoons to further improve reliability.
The new air duct is designed for the engine to take in air from the left, right and top of the hood. After the engine circulates, it exhausts from the rear of the hood to reduce eddy currents, improve heat dissipation, and ensure efficient operation of the power system.
The ROPS in the driver’s cab is equipped with air conditioning, radio and suspension chairs. It has more space and a wide view inside. Adopt three-stage vibration reduction technology of vibrating wheel vibration reduction, seat vibration reduction and cab vibration reduction. The shock absorber has passed CAE simulation analysis. The cab adopts three-dimensional vibration reduction technology. .
According to the theory of ergonomics, all instruments, indicators and buttons are centered on the operation panel. The throttle grip and FWDRev grip are placed on the right for improved comfort.
Diagnostic screens with alerts prevent any unnecessary downtime. The simple and convenient lubrication mode ensures that the failure rate of the lubrication system is extremely low.
Unique hydraulic drive system design and heavy vibrating wheel weight give XCMG’s drums highly advanced compaction capabilities. Heavy-duty driveshafts and a NonskID differential mechanism deliver the farthest power output from the engine as well as the engine’s drag.
Audible and visual alarm devices provide timely maintenance messages to avoid machine breakdowns and reduce downtime. Self-switching engine shielding provides easy access to the engine and hydraulic pump.
