The chassis is the original imported Isuzu chassis, which has National III emission, high power, high torque, high efficiency and energy saving, and strong off-road capability.

Main technical highlights of the product 

Adopting six-section “RZ” folding arm technology, using finite element analysis, strength parametric design of variable cross-section, dynamic simulation assembly and other advanced design means to optimize the structural design parameters, light weight, good stability, small space required for unfolding, especially suitable for tunnels and indoor work where the construction site is restricted.

Adopting the front “X” outriggers for unilateral operation, it can detect the position of the outriggers on both sides in real time, and control the effective slewing range of the boom, so that it can work normally when the working space of the pump truck is relatively small and it is not possible to meet the requirement of opening all the outriggers of the pump truck.

Adopt synchronized outrigger expansion and contraction technology. The industry’s first patented technology of single-cylinder and rope-row outrigger telescopic mechanism is fast and can realize synchronous telescoping, which is one times higher than the existing products. Overall weight is 42% lighter. High reliability, 20% longer average trouble-free time.

Adopts industry-leading full hydraulic reversing open system technology. Comprehensive integration with Schwing’s world-leading full-hydraulic reversing technology, the reversing signal extraction and control are all completed by hydraulic pressure, avoiding frequent triggering of electrical and reliability problems brought about by harsh environments, and low maintenance costs for users in the later stages. The commutation reliability is leading the industry, and the commutation time is 40% shorter than the existing advanced level in China.

Optimization of commutation sequence is realized, by controlling the commutation sequence of main cylinder and swing cylinder, the air inhalation is reduced, the concrete inhalation efficiency is improved, meanwhile the continuity of pumped concrete is improved, and the pumping efficiency is increased by 5%. The volume of through-flow main valve is 50% lower than the current domestic advanced level, the weight is 50% lower, and the hydraulic loss is reduced by more than 0.5MPa.

Control system is fully upgraded. The control system of XCMG’s 4th generation K series concrete pump truck integrates the new generation of energy-saving control technology, remote monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, new type of bus control feedback-type remote control system, industrial integrated circuit technology, and unilateral operation technology, which is safe and reliable.

The first in the industry to adopt the 3rd generation of energy-saving technology. At present, the industry mostly adopts limit power technology for energy saving, and K series takes the lead in optimizing the matching of universal special curve on this basis, and the energy-saving effect reduces fuel consumption by 10% to 30% on average compared with the existing products, and by 5% on average compared with the existing level of fuel consumption in the industry. It realizes the matching of the best relationship between the engine, hydraulic pump and load, so that the power of the engine is fully absorbed.
